As a foodie & a future resident of West Virginia, this show is fascinating me.

Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution, streaming for free on Hulu.

While his tactics aren’t always the best in my opinion, and he can be emotional at times when it is not in the best interest of his cause, his heart is very much in the right place, and I wholeheartedly support his intentions and what he is trying to do to our public school system’s food programs here in the United States.

Apparently, this is the canning “bible”.  I can’t wait to start using it.  It contains really good instructions (very important, as canning something improperly can be deadly), tips, and recipes.  Not to mention that it appeals to my country/southern roots.
